A New Campus Card

Introducing OneCard, the new campus card system! Your OneCard serves as your Redeemer ID, campus debit card and your meal plan card.

With the new OneCard system, you can use tap to access Campus Cash and Dining Dollars at all payment locations. Campus Cash can be used for printing and purchases at the Bookstore and food service locations. See more on Dining Dollars below.

You can also now load funds online! (See more on adding funds to your card below.)

Please note that your previous campus card is no longer valid for purchases or library loans.

Picking up your card

Students will receive their new OneCard at Check-In. (Check-In for new students will be held on ​Saturday, August 31 from 12 to 4 p.m. Check-In for returning students is on ​Wednesday, September 4 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 12 to 4 p.m.)

Faculty, staff, alumni and any students who missed Check-In can pick up their new card from the Campus Services office on Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.


Market Cards

Students living in residence will also have access to a Market Card shared with their dormmates to purchase ingredients and products at The Market. Part of the money from the meal plan from each resident is automatically loaded on a Market Card.

Dining Dollars

Based on your selected meal plan, your OneCard will automatically be loaded with Dining Dollars. You can purchase snacks or meals at Tim Hortons, ReFresh or The Market with your OneCard using Dining Dollars.

Special Events

Meals, like Communal, Midnight Breakfast and Treat Night, are included in student meal plans. Bring your OneCard for admittance to these events.


Your Alumni Card must be replaced if you are using it for purchases or library loans. At this time, it is not mandatory to replace your card if you are only using an alumni card as ID for discounts and Athletic Centre entry.

Alumni do not currently have logins to access the OneCard app or manage their card online at onecard.redeemer.ca. Alumni can add funds to their card by visiting the Campus Services office or calling 905-648-2139 ext. 4124.

Adding funds to your card

Students, faculty and staff can add campus cash to their OneCard by:

  • Making deposits online with VISA or MasterCard at onecard.redeemer.ca.
  • Loading funds on the TouchNet OneCard app, available on both the Android and iOS app stores.
  • Paying at the Campus Services office with cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard or cheque. (Please note there is a $5 minimum when loading your card in person.)

For both the website and app, students, faculty and staff will use the same login that they have for Dash, WebAdvisor, Discovery and other Redeemer services.

Using the OneCard app

  1. Search for the TouchNet OneCard app on the Android or iOS app store. Select download.
  2. Open the app once it has completed installing. Accept the user agreement.
  3. The app will then prompt you to search for your school. Search for and select Redeemer University.
  4. Students, faculty and staff will log in using the same credentials that you have for Dash, WebAdvisor, Discovery and other Redeemer services.
  5. To add money to your card, access the menu in the top right corner and select “Fund”. You will then be directed to enter information to add funds by credit card.
  6. To check your balance, use the “Balance” button at the bottom, second from the right.
